SOUL COACHING:
I took the Soul Coaching Program from Judy Ward. As the class worked our way through the course we all felt close and confident that we were among soul family. I cleared away a lot of hidden fears, secrets and insecurities that I had buried and kept hidden for many years. Many of the group had experienced similar traumas and when one person admits to themselves and shares a fear or secret etc, others feel confident enough to let go of their past problems and fears as well. We support each other, encourage each other, and best of all we care and become a family. I love each and every person that was in my class and truly care about them. I believe that the persons that attended this class we brought together by spirit as we all had similar problems, fears etc to release and that we needed each other to clear and heal our souls. As we come to a close with our soul coaching course, I have been thinking about how important my time with all of you has been. I am very, very grateful to Deb for having the courage to bring up a very tough secret.......one which, for me, requires more attention. I need to spend some time just looking a little at what impact this has had on my life.........is there more to think about, does this explain my life long battle with weight for example. Thanks to everyone else who shared their stories. This was a powerful part of what happened for me in the past month. In addition, I thank Judy for emphasizing to me that I could participate in this course online..........at first I thought, this is nuts...............but I fully understand now how this is such a spiritual experience; that one could do it from anywhere in the world and get tremendous benefit. "I am finding that I still feel a sense of profound peace and stillness in my life following the Soul Coaching course. Life does not seem to unravel me no matter what is thrown at me. I have been progressing through the Summer and Fall months with a renewed sense of purpose.
I had a fabulous time in my first trip down East in June. The love, laughter and touring was the most rejeuvenating thing I have experienced in years.
I enjoyed my gardens more than I have in the past few years and seemed to have plants and colour surrounding me everywhere outside. I worked away at garden projects with no urgency; things got done but there was not the pressure I used to feel; the pressure was replaced by a joy to work in nature. I was rewarded by a fabulous show of colour, the best I can recall in some years.
This Fall, I experienced the deaths of my Mother and Mother-in-Law in less than two months time. For both, in the time leading to their death, I felt such a sense of peace and divine guidance. I was guided through each step that had to be taken when it was necessary.
I have been walking almost every day and just enjoying the quiet of the early morning hours. I have been blessed by sightings of deer, fox and pileated woodpeckers. I no longer feel obligated to take part in activities if it does not suit me.
I also find that I am distancing myself from some people who I used to enjoy spending time with. Theirs is a life of busy-ness and rushing; I am now more content enjoying peace and tranquility. I am enjoying the NEW me."

AXIATONAL ALIGNMENT
I went to Judy for a Axiatonal Alignment, I must say that it was fantastic!!
I had taken a fall a week before going to Judy's, both of my shoulders had rotor cup damage to them, with the left side being the worse. It ached contiuously making it hard to sleep or even relax. Judy does a beautiful bell healing before the as part of the axiatonal alignment and I could feel pains in my shoulder, discomfort etc. After the treatment I noticed that my right shoulder felt fine, no pain at all. My left shoulder had some pain certain ways that I moved it but the aching had pretty much resided. As the treatment was in progress I felt like a large bubble was on the right side of my waist, it felt like it was getting bigger and bigger. Then all of a sudden it burst and I felt like something was being released. I could swear I could feel the coolness of whatever was release flowing down my side to the table.
I also feel that the feeling of wonder, calmness and peace are still with me. My shoulder is really feeling so much better. I would like to Thank Judy. I would recommend this treatment to anyone. Sincerely Deb S . Lansdowne

I went to see Judy to experience her new Axiatonal Alignment treatment. My only goal for the treatment involved personal development. Since Judy was very excited about a new bell she had recently acquired, she asked to try it as the first part of my treatment. What a wonderful sound… like a singing bowl. I immediately felt the sound waves penetrating my body and something physical happening in my upper chest. The sensation was totally weird but not uncomfortable so I remained detached as an observer.After the treatment, neither of us could figure out what had caused the sensations. The next day, however, I could take a deep breath without coughing and no longer had continuous fatigue. The bell had released and expelled the last of my pneumonia. Judy is a powerful healer! EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE
I’m writing this to express my thanks to Judy Ward for her work, and the way she has helped me to regain emotional stability and remove some anxiety and fears from my life. Judy has worked with me using EFT known as the tapping technique. After a couple of sessions I was feeling much better and am able to see things in my life a lot clearer than before. Judy is patient and sensitive and I strongly recommend Judy for anyone who is looking to improve their life, remove unneeded emotional baggage and just overall achieve their best and highest self. Judy specializes in many different techniques like EFT, hypnotherapy and others and I’m looking forward to working with Judy in the future to become all that I can be and live life to its fullest.
