PERSONAL MASTERY
Each person or living thing emits an energy which we call an aura. Our aura or energy system also contains each of our chakras. Chakras are centers of swirling energy that invite universal energy into our bodies and keep our bodies physically healthy and strong. When our chakras are out of balance, we can suffer consequences both physical, mental, and emotional and it prevents us from moving forward on our spiritual journey.
Each of the chakras is involved with certain organs and tissues in our bodies as well as our emotional and mental evolution and our spiritual journey. Both our positive and negative beliefs and patterns are also stored in the chakras.
In this course we will do deeper clearing for those who feel stuck, can't move forward or are really ready for something new. There will be one class (a full day) per month focusing on one of the chakras beginning with the root chakra and working up to the crown chakra. Therefore this class is one day a month for 7 months.
We will determine what the issues are for each person and work individually and as a group to help each other let go, reprogram or change these negative beliefs or patterns that no longer serve us. Be prepared to do your own work during the month.
In this course we will incorporate hypnosis, self hypnosis, affirmations, belief determination, setting intentions, forgiveness processes and we will track our progress with the chakra photography machine. It is time to take responsibility for our own lives and our own happiness and move forward into a more happy and joyful present.
