SOUL COACHING ®
Soul Coaching ® is a 28 day program that is designed to help you align your inner spiritual life with your outer physical life. It helps clear away mental, emotional and physical clutter so that you can hear your inner messages. The premise is that we all have the answers to our questions and our heart's desires within us already, but the clutter of everyday life can prevent us from receiving those messages. Often we are so conditioned in thinking negatively about ourselves or trying to be what someone else wants or expects us to be that we lose sight of who we really are. Our soul's desires get lost in the busy of life. We may find that we experience very little joy in our lives.
Soul Coaching® can also help you discover your soul's purpose and allows you to take steps to design a life that supports that mission. It is different from therapy (usually about emotional healing) and life coaching (usually designed to get you motivated). It is designed to help you clear away inner debris so you can discover your own inner wisdom.
This is a 28 day program divided into four one week periods. Each week is dedicated to one of the four elements as well as one of our aspects of being: Air (which represents the mental aspect of self), Water (which represents the Emotional aspect of self), Fire (which represents the Spiritual aspect of self) and Earth (which represents the Physical aspect of self). Often we tend to work on one aspect of self and ignore the other three but in order for true healing and change to take place, it is necessary to work with all four aspects of our being.
Combining nature and it's elements with this spiritual clearing journey can bring you home to your spiritual roots.
It is a total inner and outer clutter clearing of your life. This then allows you to find meaning in everyday life, discover what makes you truly happy and decide what changes you need to make in your life. What do you need to let go of? It is a lesson in telling yourself the truth about your life - the good and the bad and making a conscious decision to move forward into a more positive place in your life.
The program is designed into three levels, with each level requiring more time, so that anyone can do this - even if you have a very busy life. No matter which of the three levels you choose, this program produces profound changes and healing at a very deep level. You may find that astonishing synchronicity begins to occur in your life.
You can do this program on your own and I have done it this way several times but I find it much more powerful to complete the program in a group setting. The energy of the group helps support you through the changes you need to make and keeps you focused on completing the program. There is power in praying, meditating and working in a group environment as you share both your successes and your challenges. And it is definitely more fun.
This program can be done in two ways:
1. Weekly In Class Sessions: You do the exercises at home each day, but you attend 5 in class evening sessions (one at the start and one each week to share with the group what you have learned). You will also do creative exercises in which all materials are supplied. You will make life maps, soul collages, spirit sticks and a vision circle to bring your dreams to life. The rest of the program is done in the privacy of your home and in your own time during the week. However, we connect in a restricted Yahoo email group to support the others in the group as we are supported, and to share with the group. If you are unable to attend one of the in class sessions you can still complete the program.

2. Email Only. The other way is to attend strictly by email through the restricted email group. You do not attend the evening classes, and do the creative exercises on your own. You can share them with the group by email.

You can do this program on your own, but I have found that the group energy and the support of the group helps keep you focused on your goal of completing the program and helps you feel supported as you share you accomplishments and your challenges. And it's more fun in a group.

This course is designed to help you understand what crystals are, how they can help you in your own personal journey of growth and how to make your life more peaceful.
